# Sales Outreach Skill

## Purpose
Create highly personalized, effective sales outreach messages that get responses.

## Key Principles
1. **Personalization** — Reference something specific about the prospect
2. **Value-first** — Lead with value, not your product
3. **Short** — Under 100 words for cold outreach
4. **One CTA** — Single, clear next step
5. **Follow-up** — 80% of sales happen after 5+ follow-ups

## Follow-up Sequence

5. **Day 14**: Final follow-up (new development or offer)

## Metrics
- Open rate target: 40%+
- Reply rate target: 5-10%
- Meeting book rate: 1-3%
